14 son adhd Question from earlier?

my son is getting help from social services and counselors but doing no good as he doesn't accept help and feels every-one is against him and every-one is a lier even though people have seen him do stuff. things are just getting worse and worse we are screaming for help but no use, social service only got involved when he burnt him self on way to school and told the teachers that his real dad burnt him with a cig end but his dad lives 200 miles away and doesn't see him now. Then he came up with he burnt it in the shower which he never cause he was at his grans that night and came back late and was late getting up for school so he never had a shower, so social got involved took him of us and give him back to us after 3 weeks. he just get so aggressive over little things and on the spur of the moment. My partner and i have been together 3 years and he treats him much better than his dad ever did treats him when he is good, social worker is crap even my mum has said it help any ad
