Is my baby too isolated?

I'm a stay at home mom to a lovely 14 month old little girl. We do the exact same thing every day at the exact same time, she is on a routine that never gets interrupted. My mom always invites us to her house but I don't like to mess up her routine so I usually say no. My daughter doesn't see anyone but me, except the occasional trip to the grocery store which rarely happens because I don't drive and my husband thinks it's a hle to take us. We are in an extremely rural area with no programs for kids, pretty much nothing but desert prairie. Is it bad for her to just be around me all the time? She is always whining and never really 100% happy even though she is very well taken care of. I feel like she is bored, I do take her to the park a few times a week. She has a lot of toys, I always sing to her, read to her, and play with her. Does it even matter if she is isolated until preschool?
