Could someone who is computer savvy Please tell me how the overview on this computer looks? Are the..........?

As it is it will probably do for you. The hard drive should be more than adequate for your needs, the dual processor definitely will. The only concern is the memory. One gig may work for you or it may be too slow. The majority of computers I have seen one gig was not enough (although there is some tweaking you can do to help speed those up) but there were some that it was satisfactory. There are only 2 memory slots and it is using 512mb of memory in each. For you to upgrade this in the future you would have to throw away the current memory, either one or both. Working on too many computers I would say not take the chance and get the 2mb of memory before I bought the computer. Of course this would depend on what circuit city would charge but you have to factor in if you bought it the cost you would be throwing away by not being able to use the 512mb. It is an easy upgrade.
