Please HELP!toshiba laptop will not connect to the internet after installing a antivirus disk to remove virus.?

my laptop had around 30 virus so i bought a norton virus removing disk and after putting it in, i can not connect to the internet using a boardband, using wifi hotspot. i can't open my itunes or anything that i downloaded. wat do i do? Please help me, i restored it, restarted it many times, it says something about internal problems.....but i can't figure it out.
