How could anyone view this photo as anything BUT racist?

This is just yet another attempt by the GOP to convince Democrats & Independents that conservatives really ARE completely "brain free", but don't you believe it....they are ALWAYS up to something! But the chimp picture? Why that's no more racist than was Rush Limbaugh saying Donovan McNabb was "incapable of coaching", or Ross Perot calling a crowd at an NAACP rally "you people", LOL!
