How Should California's Unions Be Broken Up?

Palin got a wind fall profit tax on Oil Producers in Alaska. California gets zip for the oil that is pumped from here. And the taxes at the pump which was supposed to go to highway maintenance and construction was, for years, diverted to the General Fund so the politicians could spend it in other ways. Now that there is a drop in demand for the gas, there is less tax money for the Government to use and they want to raise the tax again to make up for the short fall. California pays more then nearly every other state for gas already.
