Is it a god sign that the guy you like stops talking to his friend and stares at your new Haircut?

My haircut is really cute and I just got it cut this sunday.Its short (down to my chin) with bangs .My haircut is a little longer in the front and a little shorter in the back, im a brunett I have brown eyes,im mixed (black and white).Today I walked into the clroom and he stopped what he was doing and stared at me and started to blush(hes white so you can tell very easily).And he kept turning around to stare at me.Occasionally I would just glance to notice hes staring at me.He knows I like him.I think he started to get jealouse when I didnt notice him staring at me,because I was being busy trying not to get tickled by my friend Cedric.
